/KASE, March 30, 09/ - As informed, the Listing commission of Kazakhstan
Stock Exchange (KASE) on March 26, 2009 made a decision to include in
the KASE official list in the second subcategory of the Non-rated debt
securities category bonds KZ2C0Y07D139 (KZT1,000, KZT700.0 m.,
30.03.09 - 30.03.16, semiannual coupon indexed to inflation rate, 13.00 %
APR as for the forst circulation year, 30/360) of AMF Group (Aktobe).
The decision of the Listing commission was made effective on March 30,
2009, as the issuer paid KASE corresponding listing fees.
Opening of trade in the bonds on KASE will be announced in an additional
note.
The registrar of AMF Group is Tsentr DAR (Almaty).
The KASE Board on March 27, 2009 assigned the bonds with a contracted
designation (trade code) AKFIb2.
