/IRBIS, Valeriya Grishenko, March 11, 09/ - REAL ASSET MANAGEMENT JSC (Almaty, hereinafter - the company), securities of which are listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with the copies of protocols of its Board of directors` meetings, dated February 19 and 26, 2009. According to the provided documents, Board of directors of the company made the following decisions: - to transfer to Reestr-Service rights and obligations to maintain shareholders registers system of interval mutual investment fund (in the headline and further - IMIF) Favorite and IMIF Favorite-Collection; - to include corresponding changes into the Rules of IMIF Favorite and IMIF Favorite-Collection; [2009-03-11]
