The registrar of the company is Registrator Zerde (Almaty). According to the extract: - the total of authorized stock of the company (common stock only KZ1C55620013) made up 1,000,000,000 units; - 484,600,000 shares were offered; - the only person holding five or more percent of outstanding shares of outstanding shares of the company is Financial company REAL- INVEST.kz (Almaty), owning all outstanding shares of the company.
