Moody's placed Kaztemirtrans rating on the review with possibility of downgrading

/INTERFAX-KAZAKHSTAN, Almaty, January 22, 09/ - Moody's Investors Service placed rating of Baa3 issuer Kaztemirtrans (subsidiary of the national railway company Kazakhstan Temir Zholy (KTZH)) with possibility of downgrading on the review, the rating agency's message says. These movements followed after placing the rating of A3 issuer KTZH on the review with possibility of downgrading. Kaztemirtrans JSC - is the largest operator of cargo car fleet of Kazakhstan. Kaztemirtrans car fleet provides more than 56 % of cargo traffic of total rail transit on Kazakhstan territory. The company was created on October 21, 2003 within reforming of railway transport in republic and is a 100 % subsidiary of KTZH. [2009-01-22]
