/KASE, December 24, 08/ - Lancaster Petroleum (Almaty, hereinafter - the
company), shares of which are included into Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE)
official list, provided to KASE the copy of changes to its shares issue
prospectus.
The mentioned changes has been registered by the Agency of the Republic of
Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial
Organizations (AFS) on December 5, 2008 and made due to the change in the
company Board of Directors composition during the last three years and due to the
change in the company organizational structure.
Common shares KZ1C51440010 (the trading code - LNPT) of the company were
included into KASE official list by the third category on December 3, 2008. Trades
in them on KASE have not yet been opened.
Changes to the company shares issue prospectus are published on KASE website
