Common shares KZ1C51440010 (LNPT) of Lancaster Petroleum (Kazakhstan) advance through KASE listing procedure under third category

/KASE, November 28, 08/ - By the decision of the Exchange Council of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) of November 27, 2008 common shares KZ1C51440010 of Lancaster Petroleum (Aktobe) were included in the official list of KASE in the third category under the code LNPT. The date the Exchange Council decision is effective will be announced additionally as the issuer pays listing fees on the securities. Opening of trades in securities on KASE will be as well announced additionally. On June 29, 2004 the Agency of Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations registered the issue of authorized stock of the company in the amount of 1 500,000 common shares. On February 14, 2008, AFS registered the changes and additions into the issue prospectus due to rename of the company. The issue was included in State Securities Register under the number A5144.
