/KASE, September 11, 08/ - KSMK-2 LLP (Almaty obl., Kaskelen) bonds of which
are traded in the official list of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) of the
second sub-category of category "Non-Rated Debt Securities", provided KASE
with a copy of notification of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan
on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial
Organizations (AFS) of August 13, 2008.
According to the provided document AFS approved the report on results of
placement of bonds KZ2P0Y03C772 (KSM2b1, KZT100; KZT1.5 bn.;
03.01.08 - 03.01.11; annual coupon 12.00 % APR; 30/360) KSMK-2 LLP.
According to the notification of AFS as on July 3, 2008 3,850,240 bonds
have been placed, 11,149,760 bonds KZ2P0Y03C772 have not been placed.
