/KASE, August 21, 08/ - AMF Group (Aktobe), shares and bonds of which are traded in the official list of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) of category "B", provided KASE with a copy of the certificate of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations (AFS) of August 11, 2008 on state registration of the second issue of bonds of the company. According to the certificate of AFS the volume of bond issue equals to KZT700.0 m. with KZT1.000 face value. The issue has been divided into 700,000 coupon bonds without collateral with the national identification number KZ2C0Y07D139. The issue is entered into the State Securities Register under number D13.
