/IRBIS, Ekaterina Tatarova, June 25, 08/ - Concern Tsesna-Astyk LLP (Astana), being the listing company of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided KASE with copy of protocol of Board's meeting, dated May 23, 2008. According to provided document, the Board of Concern Tsesna-Astyk LLP made the following decisions: - to rename Astykzhan-Invest LLP into Parsec Development LLP; - to change legal address of Parsec Development LLP to: Astana, Akzhol st., 33; - to approve charter of Parsec Development LLP in new edition; - to authorize the chairman of Board of Concern Tsesna-Astyk LLP to sign the charter of Parsec Development LLP; - to reregister Astykzhan-Invest LLP in authorized body.
