Change in memebrs of the Board of Kazakhstan Mortgage Company JSC

/KASE, March 20, 2008/ - Kazakhstan Mortgage Company JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are traded under category A of the official listing of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE in official letter that according to the decision of Board of directors, dated by March 13, 2008, the authorities of the Deputy Chairman of the company's Board were stopped beforetime. According the same decision of the Board of directors, Mamirbayev K.R., who formerly took the position of the Treasury Director of the company, is assigned to the mentioned position. According to the message of the company, currently the members of the Board are: - Ibadullayev Azamat Abdul-Amitovich - Chairwoman of the Board; - Kemelbayeva Aliya Sadikovna - First Deputy Chairman of the Board; - Ibraimov Rustmebek Kuatalinovich - Deputy Chairman of the Board; - Beketayev Bakhitzhan Basargabizovich - Deputy Chairman of the Board; - Mamirbayev Kuandik Rakhimbekovich - Deputy Chairman of the Board.
