Sole shareholder of the National company Food contract corporation JSC took the decision about enclosing of deals in which there has been an interest

/KASE, February 8, 08/ - Board of directors of the National holding KazAgro JSC (Astana), being the only shareholder of the National company Food contract corporation JSC (Astana, hereafter - "the company"), bonds of which are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) category "A" official list, on their meeting on January 25 of 2008 took the following decisions: - to enclose the deal in which there is an interest with an affiliated company of the company - Cotton contract corporation JSC, about handing over products of processing of raw cotton in an asset management; - since October 1, 2007 to stop the authorities of S.K. Omarov as a member of Board of the company and to elect the vice-president of the company N.E. Ospanov as a member of Board of the company. [2008-02-08]
