Sole shareholder of KazAgroFinance JSC (Kazakhstan) took the decision about increasing the liabilities of the company by 25 and more percent of its shareholders' equity

/IRBIS, Natalya Vaguina, February 8, 08/ - KazAgroFinance JSC (Astana), bonds of which are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) category "A" official list, provided KASE with a copy of the decision of Board of directors of the National holding KazAgro (Astana) that is the only shareholder of the company as of November 23 of 2007. According to the presented document, the only shareholder of KazAgroFinance JSC took the decision to increase the liabilities of the company by 25 and more percent of its shareholders' equity due to the issue and floatation of Eurobonds of the company to the sum of USD200 m.
