/IRBIS, Natalya Vagina, January 21, 08/ - National company food contract corporation JSC (NC Food contract corporation JSC, Astana), bonds of which are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) category "A" official list, had provided KASE with the copy of decision of Board of directors of its sole shareholder - National holding KazAgro JSC dated December 25, 2007. According to the provided document, sole shareholder of the company accepted the next decisions: - to confirm annual financial statement of company for year 2006; - to confirm the next order of company's net income distribution for year 2006 in size of KZT242,479,628: - KZT121,239,814 (50 %) to direct on dividends' payment; - KZT36,371,944 (15 %) to direct on forming of reserved capital; - KZT84,867,870 (35 %) to remain in the disposal of the company; - to make the simultaneous payment of dividends for year 2006 during 17 working days; - to confirm size of dividend per one common share of the company in size of KZT9.33 according to affirmed sum of dividends on 12,991,583 common shares.
