According to the message of Representative the conducted procedure of check-up of provided financial documents shows that: - state of pledge, being the security of company's issues of bonds, satisfies the requirements, appealed to secured securities in accordance with legislation of Republic of Kazakhstan; - value of coefficient of security of mortgage bonds corresponds to requirements of bonds' prospects of issue and pledge contract; - coupon payments are made in time and in full volume.
