President had signed the amends to the law about republican budget for year 2007

/INTERFAX-KAZAKHSTAN, Astana, October 22, 07/ - President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev had signed the amends to the law about republican budget for year 2007. About that prime minister of republic Karim Massimov had informed on the selector meeting in the government on Monday, told the correspondent of Interfax-Kazakhstan agency. In this connection the prime minister charged the ministry of economy and budget planning "to conduct today the meeting of republican budget commission in order to include changes to passports of budget programs and confirm them tomorrow on the meeting of the government, in order on Wednesday all funds from budget of this year, which are foreseen for solving of problems with stakeholders, for support of small and middle business, could come to the system". As it was informed, changes in the budget of current year were included in order to solve the tasks for stabilization of economic situation in the country. Income part of republican budget was increased by KZT175.1 bn. (current 120.55/$1). Bases for determination of additional sources of income part of the budget had become the reconsideration of macro-economical indicators, in particular forecast of nominal size of GDP for the current year and inflows of one-time payments. In the expenses part of budget total additional sum for distribution made KZT155.7 bn, which would be directed on increase of expenses: Kazakhstan Mortgage Company JSC - KZT20.5 bn. from them KZT12 bn. in form of crediting for financing of habitation building; Kazakhstan fund of mortgage credits security JSC - KZT1 bn., National scientific-technological holding Samgau JSC - KZT12.2 bn. and Fund for stable development Kazyna JSC - KZT122 bn. Funds, extracted to state fund Kazyna and holding Samgau would be directed on crediting of small and middle business, and also on possible purchasing of shares of Kazakhstan companies on international stock markets. Thus, parameters of specified budget - 2007 make: 2 tr. 273.3 bn. tenge (17.1% to expected GDP), expenses - 2 tr. 502.9 bn. (18.8% to GDP), deficit - 229.6 bn. (1.7% to GDP). Earlier republican budget of Kazakhstan for year 2007 was planned with deficit KZT271.2 bn. or 2.2% to planned volume of GDP for this year. At that its income part was planned in sum of 2 tr. 098.2 bn., total expenses - 2 tr. 369.4 bn. [2007-10-22]
