Representative of holders of mortgage bonds of Danabank JSC (Almaty,
hereinafter - the bank) of KZ2CKY05B752 issue (KASE's category "A"
official list, DNBNb1; KZT1,000, KZT1.0 bn; January 5, 06 - January 5, 11,
semi annual coupon indexed on inflation rate, 10.10% APR for the current
coupon period; 30/360) provided Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) with
the Statement of check-up of Bank's financial situation as of July 1, 2007.
Based on the made analysis the Representative informs that as of July 1, 2007
the Bank is able to meet its liabilities for coupon payment to holders of
the above-mentioned bonds.
