/IRBIS, Raushan Tundybayeva, July 25, 07/ - ASTEL JSC (Almaty) has
furnished Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) within listing requirements
with audited consolidated financial statements for year 2006. Audit of
company's financial statement was made by BDO Kazakhstanaudit LLP
(Almaty) according to international standards of audit. Similar indicator for
year 2005 is given in parenthesis.
According to the furnished data net income of the company for the
mentioned period made KZT378.7 m. as by the totals of year 2004
company's net income made KZT257.1 m.
According to the audited data income from ready products and services
for the past year made KZT3,879.8 m. (KZT3,337.1 m.) with charges on its
prime cost in size of KZT2,658.2 m. (KZT2,396.4 m.)
Assets of company as of December 31 2006 totaled KZT2,206.3 m., while
as of end of year 2005 this indicator was equal to KZT1,770.7 m.
Equity capital of the company as of end of year 2006 had reached
KZT1,442.9 m.(KZT914.1 m.). Authorized capital for the reporting period
grew by kZT151.0 m. and to the end of year is estimated at KZT226.0 m.
