According to the provided document by the sole shareholder of the company the next decision were accepted: - To confirm annual financial statement of the company for year 2006; - Net income of the company in size of KZT963,163,345, received by results of year 2006 to distribute in following way: - 10% of net income in size of KZT96,316,334 to direct on payment of dividends for the state shareholding of the company to income of republican budget; - 90% of net income in size of KZT866,847,010to direct on replenishment of company's reserved capital; - for Chairman of Board of the company - Ibadullayev .A.A. to provide the transfer of dividends for state shareholding till May 11, 2007 and publish the annual financial statement of company for year 2006 in the printed edition during 30 calendar days.
