/KASE, April 16, 07/ - Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) notifies that on
April 17 of 2006 specialized trades on additional offering of KZPC2Y05B145
bonds of Kazakhstan Mortgage Company JSC (Almaty) (KASE's official
list of "A" category; KZIKb10; KZT1; KZT5.0 bn., March 1, 05 - March 1, 10,
semi-annual coupon, 5.69% APR, 30/360) will be held in KASE's trading system.
The issuer plans to offer at the trades KZT2.0 bn. bonds (40.0% registered
issue's volume).
The specialized trades will be held in KASE's trade system from 11:30 a.m.
till 1:00 p.m. of Almaty time (ALT). Security's symbol at the trades is
KZIKb10A. The issuer will determine cutting off before 15:00 ALT on trades
holding day. The buyer of securities must provide crediting the funds on
correspondent account for the payment of the securities acquired by him
until 17:00 ALT of April 17, 2007 (Т+0).
Only limited and market bids are accepted to the trades, submitted by
closed method. Stake of market bids' satisfaction is 50%.
Bonds' "clean" price (without taking into account the accumulative interest),
expressed as percentage to security's face value with the accuracy of four
decimal figures, is to be shown in bid as the price. Precisely this parameter
will be the subject of the trades.
As quantity of financial instruments in the bid it must be noted the sum of
nominal price of securities in tenge, divisible by nominal price of one bond.
Volume of a bid must be equal to production of the amount of financial
instruments and the price considering accumulated interest, divisible by 100.
Method of satisfying bids for purchase is at declared price. The issuer will
satisfy bids, prices in which will be higher or equal to cut-off price.
Considering that, bids will be satisfied in admittance order.
Market bids satisfying method is set at weighted average price.
Bids can be submitted only by KASE's members of "Р" category (the right to
participate in trades in corporate securities included in the exchange's
official list). Investors can submit their bids through these juridical
