/KASE, April 11, 07/ - Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) notifies that on
April 13 of 2007 the specialized trades on additional offering of KZ2CKY10B315
mortgage bonds of Kazakhstan Mortgage Company JSC (Almaty) (KASE's official
list of "A" category; KZIKb8; KZT1; KZT5.0 bn., October 1, 04 - October 1, 14,
semi-annual coupon, indexed on inflation rate, 7.90% APR for the current
coupon period, 30/360) will be held in KASE's trade system.
The issuer plans to offer at the trades KZT2.5 bn. bonds, which is 50% of
the registered issue volume.
The specialized trades will be held in KASE's trade system from 11:30 a.m.
till 1:00 p.m. of Almaty time (ALT). Security's symbol at the trades is
KZIKb8A. The issuer will determine cutting off before 15:00 ALT on trades
holding day. The purchaser of securities must provide crediting the funds on
correspondent amount for the payment of the purchased by him securities
until 17:00 ALT April 13, 2007 (Т+0)
Only limited market bids are accepted to the trades, submitted by closed
method. The share of market bids satisfaction makes 50%.
Total face value of securities in tenge divisible by one bond's face value
is to be shown in bid as the number of financial instruments.
Volume of a bid must be equal to production of the amount of financial
instruments and the price taking into account accumulated interest, divisible
by 100.
Method of satisfying bids for purchase is at declared price. The issuer will
satisfy bids, prices in which will be higher or equal to cut-off price. In the
latter case bids submitted to KASE's trade system earlier will be preferred.
The satisfying method for market bids for purchasing is by weighted
average price.
Bids can be submitted only by KASE's members of "Р" category (the right
to participate in trades in corporate securities included in the exchange's
official list). Investors can submit their bids through these juridical
