/KASE, April 4, 07/ - Mangistau electric distribution company JSC (Aktau), bonds of which are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official "A" listing category, has provided KASE with the copy of the certificate of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for regulation and supervision of the financial market and financial organizations (AFS) dated March 19, 2007 about the state registration of the company's third issue of bonds, issued within the limits of its bonds program. In accordance with the certificate, the volume of issue is KZT500.0 m. with face value of a security at KZT1. The issue was divided into 500.0 m. coupon bonds without security, which were conferred the national identification number KZPC3Y05B663.
