/KASE, February 15, 07/ - Danabank JSC (Almaty, further - Bank), shares of which are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) category "A" official list had informed KASE that on March 12, 2007 at 11:00 will take place the general prescheduled meeting of its shareholders with the following agenda: - About inclusion of changes and additions to the charter of Bank; - About selection of members of Bank's internal audit service. Meeting will be held at the address: 111 Gogolya street, Almaty. Registration of participants of the meeting will be held on March 12, 2007 at 10:00 at the place of meeting holding. List of shareholders, having the right on participation in the meeting is set as of February 8, 2007. In case of quorum absence the repeated meeting will be held on March 13, 2007 at the same time and place.
