The resolution (
http://www.kase.kz/mix/post_227.pdf) determines the criteria,
on which the exchange market of one or another share to be related to the
active market. If such a market attends on the certain share, the market
estimation must be made in compliance with the methodology of market
graduation of trades' organizer. Oppositely, shares of accumulative pension
funds' investment portfolios must be estimated in accordance with the item 9
of the resolution of the Board of AFS dated March 26 2005 # 109 "About
confirmation of Rules of estimation of the financial instruments of
accumulative pension funds' investment portfolios".
As it is summed up from the above table as of January 15 2007, shares,
which satisfy AFS criteria in respect of the active market, are not in
securities lists of KASE.
