/KASE, December 15, 06/ - KazAgroTrade+ LLP (Astana), bonds of which
are traded in the official list of Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) under "B"
category, informed KASE of the registration of changes in the prospect of
KZ2PKY03B580 bonds issue of KazAgroTrade+ LLP in the Agency of the
Republic of Kazakhstan for regulation and supervision of the financial market
and financial organizations (AFS) (the official list of KASE under "B"
category, KATRb1; KZT1,000, KZT2.0 bn.; June 23, 05 - June 23, 08, the
semi-annual coupon, indexed on inflation rate).
The mentioned changes determined the order and terms of the purchase of
the mentioned bonds for the purpose of paying-off in advance.
