/KASE, December 13, 06/ - As it was reported earlier by decision of
Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) Council dated December 8, 2006
KZ1C40970010 common shares of RTC Perekrestok JSC (Almaty) were
included into KASE's official "B" listing category under RTCP symbol.
The mentioned decision of the Exchange Council has taken effect since
December 13, 2006, because the issuer had paid KASE the listing fee for
the named securities.
Trades opening in shares on KASE will be announced later.
Investment Financial House Resmi JSC (Almaty) acted as the financial
consultant of the issuer while introducing its shares to the organized market.
