As it is noted in materials of Kazakhmys Plс, Perry Partners SA sold 8978 th. shares on November 16, other 327 th. shares will be sold approximately on November 27, when shares of Kazakhmys Plс start trading on Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE). Total volume of shares is 9350 th. shares (2% of the total volume of outstanding securities of Kazakhmys Plс). Face value of a share is 20 pence; both specified deals were closed at the price of a share of 12 pounds.
