/KASE, November 16, 06/ - Danabank JSC (Almaty), securities of which are
traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official "В" listing category,
by the official letter has notified KASE that by the decision of its Board of
directors dated November 9, 2006 M. Mizambayev, the Deputy chairman of
the Board of Danabank JSC, was relieved of his post.
