/KASE, October 9, 06/ - Foreign insurance company Kazakhinstrakh JSC (Almaty, the company), common shares of which are circulating in Kazakhstan stock exchange's official securities list under "A" category, has presented KASE the copy of the minutes of extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders, which took place on September 29, 2006. In compliance with agenda of the meeting, shareholders of the company took following decisions: - to confirm company's Code of corporate management; - to determine Ernst & Young as the audit organization, which will execute audit of company's financial statements for 2006.
