/KASE, September 7, 06/ - Company on foreign insurance Kazakhinstrakh JSC (Almaty), whose shares are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official "A" listing category, with an official letter informed KASE that in August 2006 the company arranged a deal on sale of common shares of Daughter company of Kazakhinstrakh on life insurance Halyk-Life JSC at the amount of 280,500 units. According to the company's information, Halyk savings bank of Kazakhstan JSC (Almaty) is the owner of 51% of shares of Daughter company of Kazakhinstrakh on life insurance Halyk-Life JSC. [2006-09-07]
