JSC (Almaty) within listing requirements, has presented to Kazakhstan stock
exchange (KASE) audited financial statements for year 2005. Consulting-
plus LLP (Almaty) conducted audit of financial statements in compliance with
Kazakhstan standards of auditing. Similar indicators for year 2004 are given
in parentheses.
According to the presented data, net income of the company for the
mentioned period totaled KZT6,811.4 th., whereas by the results of year
2004 the company got net loss in size of KZT46,119.9 th.
According to audited data income from ready products sale (goods,
services, works) for the past year made KZT68,853.0 th. (KZT37,277.8 th.),
while there were no expenditures on its cost price (KZT9.8 th.)
Assets of the company as of December of year 2005 made KZT377,593.1
th., whereas by the end of 2004 the given indicator equaled to
KZT278,222.6 th.
Shareholders' equity of the company by the end of 2005 reached
KZT219,085.7 th. (KZT212,344.1 th.). Authorized capital for the reporting
period has decreased and estimated by the company at KZT108,864.6 th.
by the end of the year. Unpaid authorized capital of the company, according
to data of balance sheet, for the specified date was absent.
