/KASE, July, 25.06/ - TEXAKABANK JSC (Almaty) which securities are trading in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) "A" category official listing, informed KASE by the official letter, that on July 21 year 2006 relying on the sales contract dated by July 7 year 2006, between shareholders of TEXAKABANK JSC and Saving bank of Russian Federation OJSC, 80% of TEXAKABANK JSC's shares had passed into ownership of Saving bank of Russian Federation OJSC.
