Schedule of events on corporate debt market of Kazakhstan within July 24 - July 30, 2006

/IRBIS, Yelena Korpusenko, July 21, 06/ - In the period from July 24 till July 30, 2006 in the stock market of Kazakhstan corporate debt the events are planned as follows: July 24 - 28 - period, when Astana-Finance JSC (Almaty) pays the third coupon to holders of its KZPC1Y05D501 issue bonds (KASE's official "A" listing category, ASFIb5; KZT100, KZT5 bn.; January 21, 05 - January 21, 10, semiannual coupon, indexed on inflation rate, 9.90% APR for the reporting period). Provided that all bonds are in circulation, the amount of payment will be KZT247.5 m. According to issue terms, the payment must be made up to August 3, 2006, including. July 25 - date, on which KazTransCom JSC (Almaty) pays the sixth coupon to holders of its KZ2CKY07A834 issue bonds, indexed on tenge against USD dollar devaluation rate (KASE's official "A" listing category, KZTCb1; KZT1, KZT3.0 bn; July 25, 03 - July 25, 10, semiannual coupon, 8.00% APR). Provided that all bonds are in circulation the amount of payment will be KZT120.0 m. (shareholder's income is secured from KZT against USD strengthening). July 25 - register of holders of bonds, indexed on tenge against dollar devaluation rate of Chimfarm JSC (Shymkent) of KZ2CKY03A932 issue (KASE's official "A" listing category, CHFMb1; KZT10,000, KZT1,550.0 m.; January 26, 04 - January 26, 07, semiannual coupon, 10.00% APR) will be fixed. The register will be fixed for the fifth coupon payment. July 26 - the date, on which Chimfarm JSC pays fifth coupon to holders of its KZ2CKY03A932 issue (CHFMb1) bonds.
