Bank CenterCredit JSC (Kazakhstan) signed an agreement on borrowing a USD300 m. syndicated loan - release

/KASE, July 19, 06/ - Bank CenterCredit JSC (Almaty), shares and bonds of
which are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official "A" listing
category, today spread press-release saying:

Bank CenterCredit JSC ("Bank") announced about signing of a syndicated
credit agreement for a total of USD300 m. The deal was organized by ING
Bank, London, Standard Bank Plc and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking
Corporation Europe Limited, which acted as the leading organizers.
It was announced about the beginning of the transaction with the initial
amount of USD150 m. on May 18 of 2006 to a wide group of banks all over
the world. During two stages of syndication there were received bids from 50
financial institution for about USD350 m.
Vladislav Lee the Chairman of the Bank's Executive committee said "a
special interest of foreign investors was aroused by a new structure of the
deal, including one-, two- and three-year draw-downs. It's notable that sums
borrowed for various periods were divided proportionally, at that, two thirds
of credit funds are concerned with two- and three-year parts of the
borrowing. This evidences about the growing trust in the Bank in a long-term
outlook".
