/KASE, July 17, 06, awards information was added by results of 2004/ - Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) notifies that the following listing companies were awarded in the annual general shareholders meeting of KASE, which was held on July 13 of 2006, by results of 2005 with the diplomas "For striving for transparency": 1. Among listing companies - financial organizations, whose securities are traded in KASE's official "A" listing category, there are: - Kazakommertsbank JSC (Almaty); - Halyk savings bank of Kazakhstan JSC (Almaty). 2. Among listing companies - non-financial organizations, whose securities are traded in KASE's official "A" listing category, there is Kazakhtelecom JSC (Astana). The above-mentioned companies were awarded on the basis of the decision of KASE's Board of directors dated February 10, 2006 pursuant to the Regulation of annual encouragement for listing companies, approved by decision of KASE's Board of directors dated June 9, 2005 under 75/4 number. We shall remind you of that by results of 2004 (in 2005) the companies have been awarded with diplomas "For striving for transparency" as follows: 1.
