/IRBIS, Assel Omarova, July 13, 06/ - Tsesnabank JSC (Astana) within
listing requirements, has presented to Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE)
financial statement for the second quarter of 2006. Similar indicator for
2005 is given in parentheses.
According to furnished data, net income of the company for mentioned
period totaled KZT220.4 m. and fell compared to corresponding period by
KZT3.0 m. (KZT223.4 m.). At that, net interest-bearing income made
KZT1,463.2 m. (KZT720.8 m.)
Assets of Tsesnabank JSC as of July 1, 2006 made KZT55,792.8 m. in
comparison with KZT33,672.7 m. as of January 1, 2006. At that, liabilities
of the bank at the end of the second quarter of current year equaled to
KZT50,150.0 m., at the beginning of current year - KZT28,966.2 m.
Shareholders' equity of the bank as of July 1, 2006 reached KZT5,642.8 m.
in comparison with KZT4,706.5 m. at the beginning of the year. Since the
beginning of current year authorized capital has grown by KZT2,052.4 m. and
at the end of the second quarter is estimated by the bank at KZT5,052.4 m.
Unpaid authorized capital at the bank due to data of accounting balance
was absent. Withdrawn capital of the bank by the end of the second quarter
made KZT9.5 m. and grew by KZT4.2 m. (KZT5.3 m.) in comparison with
the beginning of the year.
