Bank CenterCredit (Kazakhstan) will take syndicate credit for $300 m

/REUTERS, July 12, 06/ - Kazakhstan bank CenterCredit will borrow
syndicate credit for $300 m., having increased the amount from the initial
one in connection with re-subscription, informed Reuters Loan Pricing
Corporation with reference to the source in banks circle.
Signing of syndication, organizer of which ING, Standard Bank plc and
SMBC acted, will take place next week.
The credit is divided into three tranches: year А, 2-year В and three-year С.
Зinterested creditors were suggested the following terms: $20 m. on Libor
rate plus 45 basis points (bp) on tranche A, 70 bp on tranche В and 95 bp on
tranche С. Or $15 m. for Libor plus 40 bp, 65 bp and 85 bp, correspondingly.
CenerCredit - the sixth in size bank of Kazakhstan. It rates Ва1 by agency
Moody's and BB - by agency Fitch.
