/KASE, July 11, 06/ - Tsesnabank JSC (Astana), whose shares and bonds are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official "А" listing category, provided KASE with the extract from shareholders registers system complied as of July 1 of 2006. Bank's register holder is Registration System of Securities JSC. According to the extract, total number of announced KZ1C33820016 common shares of Tsesnabank JSC as of July 1 of 2006 was 7,500,000, KZ1P33820914 preferred - 2,500,000, out of them 4,195,002 common and 750,000 preferred shares were on the bank's issue account. Total number of the bank's common shares holders was 366, preferred - 1. Total of 1,663,617 common and 1,750,000 preferred shares (67.53% from total number of offered shares) of Tsesnabank JSC were in nominal holding of Central securities depository JSC (Almaty).
