/KASE, June 28, 06/ - Tsesnabank JSC (Astana) today informed Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) by the official letter that interest rate on the bank's KZPC3Y08B873 issue subordinate bonds (KASE's official "A" listing category, TSBNb5; KZT1, KZT3.0 bn., June 28, 06 - June 28, 14; semiannual coupon indexed on inflation rate, 30/360) for the first coupon period is 9.90% APR. This bond issue is the third in the context of the first bond program of Tsesnabank JSC, registered by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for regulation and supervision of financial market and financial organizations on January 6, 2006 for a total of KZT15.0 bn., and the fifth issue of bank's domestic bonds that has passed the listing procedure on KASE.
