/KASE, June 21, 06, resent in connection with mistake in the name of the issuer in the first paragraph/ - As it has been informed earlier, the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for regulation and supervision of financial market and financial organizations on June 15 of 2006 registered the issue of announced shares of Bank CenterCredit JSC (Almaty). This KZ1C36280010 issue, consisting of 180,316,695 common shares has been registered in connection with convertibility of 10,000,000 preferred shares of KZ1P36280116 issue of Bank CenterCredit JSC into its common shares. On the ground of above-stated in connection with expiration of preferred shares of Bank CenterCredit JSC (trade code is CCBNp) as the objects of civil rights before adoption of their de-listing decision by Stock exchange's council of Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) the KASE's Board has taken decision of trades in CCBNp suspension on KASE since June 20, 2006.
