AFS registered share issue of Bank CenterCredit JSC (Kazakhstan)

/KASE, June 20, 06/ - Bank CenterCredit JSC (Almaty), whose shares and bonds are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official "A" listing category, provided KASE with a copy of certificate issued by Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and supervision of financial market and financial organizations (AFS) about the state registration of the company's announced shares issue dated June 15 of 2006. According to the document the issue was divided into 180,316,695 KZ1C36280010 issue shares. The issue has been included in the state securities register under А3628 number. The issue was registered in connection with conversion of 10,000,000 preferred shares of Bank CenterCredit JSC into its common shares. Corresponding changes were included in prospect of the bank's shares issue. As of registration date of issue prospects changes registration (June 15, 2006 - note of KASE) total of 70,316,695 common and 10,000,000 preferred shares of Bank Center Credit JSC, converting into common, had been offered and paid, while its authorized capital was in the amount of KZT16,295,110,000.
