Changes in the Board of directors of Cesnabank JSC (Kazakhstan)

/KASE, June 7, 06/ - Cesnabank JSC (Astana), whose securities are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official "A" listing category, spread press release, saying, that by decision of Board of directors of the bank, dated May 15 of 2006, Mars Aldashov was appointed acting deputy of Chairman of Board of Directors of Cesnabank JSC before approving of the candidature by Agency of Republic of Kazakhstan for regulation and supervision of financial market and financial organizations (AFS). Cesnabank JSC informed that M. Aldashov was born in 1977. He had high education, got qualification of economist-financier and lawyer, and also had the degree of master of economy. Since 1998 to 2001 he has worked in National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan as a leading, and then - head specialist. Within the period of 2001 - 2004 years Mr. Aldashov has worked as a head specialist, head of department, director of Treasury chamber, member of managing committee of Kazakhstan Mortgage company JSC.
