(Almaty) has furnished Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) with
financial statement for the first quarter of 2006 within listing requirements.
Similar indicator for 2005 is given in parenthesis.
According to furnished data the company's net income for specified period
made KZT10,812.6 th. (KZT195.6 th.).
According to data of Wholesale-retail trade venture JSC income from
production sale and rendering services for the first quarter of current year
made KZT27.4 m. (KZT11.8 m.) under absence of expenditures on its prime cost.
Assets of Wholesale-retail trade venture JSC as of April 1, 2006 equaled to
KZT381.4 m. compared to KZT379.5 m. as of January 1, 2006.
The company's shareholders ' equity as of April 1, 2006 reached KZT231.5 m.
in comparison with KZT221.0 m. in the beginning of the year. Authorized
capital has not been changed and by the end of the first quarter is estimated
at KZT43.6 m. Unpaid authorized capital at the bank was absent on data of
accounting balance.
