/KASE, May 14, 2024/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) notifies you that since May 14, 2024, trading in the following ETF securities on repo transactions in trading modes involving the central counterparty whose settlement date falls on June 21, 2024 and subsequent dates, has been suspended on KASE: - US35473P6786 (sector "KASE Global", FLGB_KZ) of Franklin FTSE United Kingdom ETF (USA); - US78462F1030 (sector "securities of investment funds", US_SPY_) of State Street Global Advisors (USA). Trading was suspended in accordance with sub-item 10) of item 1 of Article 11-2 of KASE's internal document "Rules for execution of exchange activities" due to the receipt by KASE of information that the record date for said securities is June 21, 2024.
